Oakvale tasked Roxy Design to create all the marketing materials necessary to attract young families, first time buyers and empty nesters to this vibrant new community.

The identity was inspired by the agricultural history of the land, and iconic symbols of farming, rustic line drawings, warm colours and lively photography reflect the contemporary country architecture and family focused community.
